Another answer for our prayers! - Future home?!
Dear Friends,
PLEASE, JOIN US WITH OUR THANKSGIVING FOR OUR NEW HOUSE AND LAND!
We are glad to tell you we bought our little house that is hopefully going to be our future home. FUTURE, for there is a lot work on it before one can use it.
We are trying not to take too much time away from ministry so looking for the extra times or free days for work. But it is not easy. Also we need different porfessionals for the different works, though hoped to do much ourselves so that we could afford to finish it. But things are just not so simple. Also we have never built home and our relatives not much either, and they are all far away for giving any help. New friends are few.
But trust God that if we build HIS KINGDOM, he will help us build our hause too. Also we asked others to pray for help for us, in any way. Even just sy to look after Tabi would be great help so that we 2 could work on the house some.
WE ASK THE LORD TO GIVE US HELP, MANY KIND AND MANY WAYS. WE NEED HELP AND WE NEED YOUR PRAYERS A LOT. EVEN JUST TO MAKE GOOD DECISIONS AND FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND THE MOST REASONABLE PRICES TAKES A LOT for us, seems like walking in a dark forest trying to find the path out.

This is the house, one room downstairs and two half rooms upstairs. But it is at a beautiful place and we dream to make it nice and homy. And hope to extend it one day.

Dear Friends, prayer friends, brothers and sisters,
We are in the situation that we need to make decision in very direct way. We have found a reasonable flat for a good price that is not finished yet and even though a high (for us) mortgage is involved we need to take a step of faith and move on if we ever want have a home.
So there is this option of that flat and we are "going around it" now (But not 7 times for we do not want it to fall down as Jericho did! :-). Or an even bigger faith and mortgage is to build our own house with the potential to serve the Lord with it and a real garden for kids to play. And hang it,extend it... (Garden parties, inviting people, big enough living room for Bible study group or Bible reading group, a place where we can invite guests, traveling brothers and sisters, missionaries-that is such deep desire of Tundi, a dream of her for our family!) Some of this would be possible if we bought the flat but not all, it seems (It has 2 bedrooms and a big enough living room. Plus a storage place that can be a tiny room for a tiny room for a bed and a desk.
In Hungary the real estate market is very much down lately and it is very difficult to sell and move if it is needed. Unless you choose the right area, flat or house that can be sold. (The value is growing but what good it makes if it is impossible sell it in time of changes?!). So we would like the most wisdom. Plus the mortgage seems to take most of our lives to pay back in the Hungarian economy system-and a good effort for some of those 30-35 years.
Both has pro-s and contra-s with human eyes too. So we need that precious Godly wisdom that we seek so much. He encourages us with Bible verses that He wants to lead us so please, pray that we would not miss it.
Please, pray for us that we could clearly hear God and take the step of faith but not burden ourselves more than He thinks is healthy. So that more of our inner energy could stay for serving Him, living for Him and loving Him rather than getting lost in the problems and difficulties that this life and world offers and demands from most people ( unfortunately even believers).
